About Delivery
We offer FREE delivery within New Zealand on all orders. We aim to deliver within 5 working days (or longer for rural delivery). At peak times it may take longer to process your order.
Australian orders will incur a $30 delivery charge. We aim to deliver within 12 working days but for destinations outside of major cities, this may take longer. We have no control over delivery delays associated with import duties charged to the customer by Australian customs.
If you wish to order Ora New Zealand products from outside of NewZealand or Australia (excluding e-publications), we suggest you contact us at orders@oranewzealand.com to see if this is possible and cost effective for you
