We offer FREE delivery within New Zealand on all orders. We aim to deliver within 5 working days (or longer for rural delivery). At peak times it may take longer to process your order.
To track your delivery, visit New Zealand Post (www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking) and enter the Track & Trace number provided to you in our shipping confirmation email to you.
Australia – International Air (tracked) costs $30 and will take up to 12 working days. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or held in Customs, may take longer.
E-publications are available to customers across the globe with a valid email address
If you wish to order Ora New Zealand products from outside of New Zealand or Australia (excluding e-publications), we suggest you contact us at orders@oranewzealand.com to see if this is possible and cost effective for you.
Customs
Depending on your delivery country and the size of your order, there may be limitations on what you can import and fees applied by customs. Unfortunately, we have no control in this area so it’s important you check your country's import rules before you order. Any costs incurred through customs or duty charges will be your responsibility.
Returns
We are committed to providing quality products to our customers.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty product we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy as quickly as possible. Please contact us (orders@oranewzealand.com) and we will be in touch. You can return your product for a full refund, including the cost of shipping.
If the products delivered do not match your invoice, please notify us straight away (orders@oranewzealand.com). We will correct any error or inaccuracy within an order, so long as it is brought to our attention with 3 working days of you receiving your order.
